已经2-3年没打单了(大陆词a.k.a Presales Presentation). 今天终于从出江湖。。回到我之前的客户做presentation...虽然已经很久没做这种类似的presentation,很奇怪，今天完全没压力。

可能，突然间找到我为何这样想接这个项目的真正意义。。那就是，为我的这个客户实施一个符合他们需求的ERP系统。。可能以前帮他们实施系统时，已经发现他们目前系统设计有问题，觉得很可惜，让他们不能真正用上这个世界级的系统。。（因为某某原因。。商业秘密，无可奉告）。。因为知道问题所在，以及知道怎样解决他们的问题，所以心里好想好想帮助这个客户，帮他们实施。。。

今天也不知道为何，特别想起以前发生的事情。。。可能因为今天打单。。回想到以前在大陆的日子。。以前每个月都会到大陆一趟，帮老板看看大陆的业务以及拜访客户，打单等。。

还有还有。。今天也是第一次我不用自己开车到柔佛。。坐在ｂｅｎｚ的后座。。突然找回那个“感觉”。。让我回想到以前在大陆日子。。每次回去都有黄师傅接送，坐在ｍｐｖ的后座的那个感觉。。。就是那个感觉。。呵呵。。

那个很有满足感的日子。。我今天找回那个感觉了！！！好开心啊！

GUTS and Insanity...

Few days ago when i chat with a friend few days again...asking me how and where i got the energy to achieve what i achieved today...this 2 words suddenly come into my minds...

Do you have Guts? If you have..what you want to do with it? Are you insane?

Yes..I have Both...and this is the reason why i quit from 1 big company and setup a new company with my 2 partners...

Beside my passion, I think this 2 things are the force which keep me going further...

GUTS..give me courage and keep me going...persuade my dream

INSANE...make me think the impossible and make it possible...

Time flies...suddenly, i realize, we are in Q2' 2010.

These few days, i have asking myself...what i have achieved so far for they year 2010...Let's look back and review...

1. 做好自己.. 规划生活8+8+8 Do my best and work life balance >> Still trying to work/life balance...

2. 寻找The One...my pretty Angel <去年唯一遗留的事件> >> Searching...Trying very hard to move forward

3. Running...每周运动一次>> 90% So far so good...

4. 高尔夫 Back to Green. >> 0％ - Must start in Q2

5. 拍好照片...learn photoshop.>> 50%..learning in progress

6. Less Caffeine drink >>80% reduced...Good Job..

7. 每天12点前入睡 Sleep early >> 20% achieved

8. 加倍努力工作，追求业绩 Work hard..persuaing Sales Target >> In progress

9.不可以乱乱花钱 Saving...>> Reduce spending...80%

10. 每个月看完一本书 Finished 1 book/month >> 100% so far

With the end of Q1, means it is a beginning of Q2..

Uncle Ben: Remember, with great power. comes great responsibility. 还记得这个台词吗？

其实在年初二早上６点，老妈子突然叫醒我。。因为厨房的水龙头突然爆了。。我看了那个残局。。原来是那个质量不好的水龙头搞怪。。觉得是责任的问题。。假如那个厂商能把他们的产品质量做好，我就没这个问题了。。

第二个想法就是。。今天是年初二ler..去那叫人家来维修。。我老妈就那他的手机，找了一个uncle的电话。。我就说这样早还有今天是年初二。等下才打吧。。而我的就找东西塞住那个洞。。

早上８点，老妈打电话给那个uncle，过来十多分钟，他就骑着motor，带来他的儿子，一起来维修。。半小时后。。我们家的问题终于解决了。。我心中真的很感激那个uncle..真有责任感。。。虽然对他来说是举手之劳，但对我来说，他是我的”救命恩人“。。

回想过来，从这个incident中，我领悟了一些东西。。就是责任。。

我也是做service的。。我自己告诉自己。。以后，我要做好自己，把工作做好，系统设计要考虑周到，以客户的哪一方考虑。。不要给客户带来麻烦。。不要像那个水龙头的厂商。。

还有，不管是什么时候，时间或地点，假如客户需要我，我将全力以赴去帮助。。完成任务！

Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2009

I just completed my 2nd Marathon in Singapore... Last year was my 1st Marathon and i'm very glad i join the well organized race event.. From race registration, race package collection to the race day itself.

This year, i participated in the full marathon. The registration was fantastic. 1st of all, the online registration is very user friendly and intuitive and guess what, it knows i'm return runner and got the early bird discount..not bad SGD45 for full marathon.

Then come to Race pack collection.. it was held at SG Expo and Convention center. Easy access (next to MRT) , lots of parking, and it is aircond...KL Marathon is at Dataran Merderka (hot, jam, hard to find parking and if rain, you will get wet)

What special this year i like the most is the encouragement BIB.

It is a cool idea. Everyone can write their own encouragement word and pin on their back and it's motivate the runners run behind you. This really work for me as i keep looking forward to read what is written on their encouragement BIB..

And race day.... a lot of volunteers & supporters to cheer u up, drinks, 100plus for all the runners.. A bit set back this year is the Dr.paint(muscle relief cream) was not that sufficient.

The finishing medal and finisher t-shirt is cool and nice.. I managed to completed it in 5hr 47mins08sec... Congras to the organiser..another great event which 50000 people registered for the race...

Note: Compare to KL marathon, we are far behind! We as Malaysian should learn how Singaporean organized it. Honestly, I not dare to run marathon back home as i not sure how i can make to finishing line due to poor support and organization (not enough drinking station, no counter pain cream stations, traffic is open to public during the race as the route is in city center)...

This blog is nothing about Apple...but about a book which i just finished lately. It is a great book to share with u all. It is simple and well presented.

I learn a lot from this book..Not just the presentation skills/techniques used by Steve Job but also what his believe and how it make Apple products which everyone would like to own it.

Indeed he is a legend. He create Apple and was fired by Apple. Back to Apple and reinvent it. He create history...Apple come out with a lot of great product such as Mac, Ipod, MacAir, and the lastest is Iphone. All this great achievement does not come easy...The developers/Engineers in Apple work extra hard, extra miles to invent great which make you 'WoW'.

Not too long ago..i watch this video from a link in Facebook... WOW! it really hits me... he inspired me... This guy is amazing. He is so positive and never give up!

At that point of time, i'm very down, in term of emotion..when i saw this video...i look at myself and look at him...i'm so much better then him in term of psysical...and i should thankful to god and move on! There are a lot of things to do...

Passion...What is Ur PaSsion? This is the quesiton i always ask myself..

what is ur paSsion? Have you ever looking forward for weekend...to do something you like over the weekend? if the answer is yes...then the "something" is your Passion.. it need not to be a great things...

Well...My PaSsion..of course is my Work..For me... it is the driver which keep me going...restlessly.. the Xtra ummph i have to get things done...
although everyday i have different set of challenges...i do not give them power over me. Every challenges lies oppotunities and this is where i got my satisfaction at work.

I'm the lucky guy in earth... i love what i'm doing...This is my PaSsion...Have u found yours?
